The 28-year-old, who drove for M-Sport Ford’s WRC team between 2020 and 2022, married his Finnish partner Jessica in Jyväskylä — the heartland of rallying in Central Finland.
“Easiest 2 words we will ever say,” Greensmith wrote on social media, referring to the classic wedding phrase “I do.”

After leaving the WRC’s top class at the end of the 2022 season, Greensmith has been competing in WRC2 with a Škoda run by the German-based Toksport WRT team. He finished second overall in the 2023 WRC2 standings.
Last season proved more difficult, with the Brit ending the year seventh in the championship. He took a class win in Kenya but only managed third in Chile and fourth in Japan as his next-best results.
This season, however, Greensmith has made a stronger start. He won again in Kenya and followed it up with a third-place finish in Portugal’s WRC2 category in May.
There won’t be much time for newlywed bliss, as Greensmith’s season continues immediately after Midsummer with the Acropolis Rally in Greece.
