From year to year, M-Sport has invested heavily in refreshing the look of its car, and the British team has once again delivered a new visual identity.
Last season, the Ford Puma Rally1 featured shades of blue and purple, but for the upcoming campaign the livery has been completely redesigned. The base colour of the car is now white, complemented by green, blue and yellow elements.
One of the most noticeable changes is the absence of energy drink company Red Bull logos from the car’s side panels. It was revealed earlier that Red Bull will instead be prominently featured on the Toyota driven by nine-time world champion Sébastien Ogier.
In their place, the sides of the Ford now carry prominent M-Sport Road Technology branding. The team’s other main partner, Safety Culture, also receives significant visibility on the car.
The colour scheme also reflects the team’s increasingly close cooperation with the rally academy of the Motorsport Ireland. This season, M-Sport’s driver line-up includes two Irish drivers supported by Motorsport Ireland: Josh McErlean and Jon Armstrong.
