The ERC will feature eight rounds in total, including five on tarmac and three on gravel. The schedule includes one brand-new event and two exciting returning rallies.
The season kicks off with a brand-new tarmac rally in Spain in early April. The Rallye Internacional Sierra Morena will take place near the city of Cordoba in Andalusia.
The next three rallies will be on gravel. Hungary and Sweden host events in May, followed by Poland in June. Poland, which was part of the WRC calendar this year, returns to the ERC after a one-year break.
The final four rounds of the season will be on tarmac. Rally di Roma Capitale is scheduled for July, followed by the Czech Republic’s Barum Czech Rally Zlín in August, and the Rali Ceredigion in Wales in September. The season finale will take place in Croatia in October.
Croatia previously hosted WRC events from 2021 to 2024 but now returns to the ERC after a 12-year hiatus. However, Croatia’s ERC stint will be short-lived, as the country will host WRC rounds again in 2026 and 2027.
ERC Manager Iain Campbell expressed enthusiasm for the refreshed calendar.
“Once again we count on a calendar that’s the perfect mix of long-standing rallies with those making their mark on the international stage,” Campbell said.
“We’re very excited to welcome Rallye Internacional Sierra Morena to the ERC for the first time and also delighted that Croatia Rally and Rally Poland are returning for what promises to be another action-packed schedule of events.”
