The documentary follows M-Sport’s journey through the 2024 season. The first episode was released on the WRC’s YouTube channel on 22 August.
The series offers a behind-the-scenes look at the team. It follows the performances of the team’s drivers, Adrien Fourmaux and Gregoire Munster, throughout the season, the work of the engineers, and everything essential to the team’s operations.
In the first episode, we hear from team principal Richard Millener, among others. He speaks openly about his family, challenges, and hobbies. The episode also reveals Millener’s great passion: collecting model rally cars.
“I like my model cars, as you can see from my small collection,” Millener says while showcasing the collection in his office.
“Each one holds a lot of memories,” Millener continues, highlighting, for instance, a model of Ott Tänak’s car from the 2023 season. Tänak won the Rally Sweden in that car.
“Ott Tänak’s first win with us in Sweden— that was pretty cool,” Millener enthuses.
Millener has taken his hobby home as well, even though it seems to annoy others.
“You should see my house; I’ve got loads more there. But anyway, I enjoy my little obsession. I’m old enough now to just go with it and not care what others think,” Millener laughs.
