Early Tuesday morning, Toyota unveiled the livery of its Toyota GR Yaris Rally1 car for next year. Previously, the car’s primary colors were white and red, but now black takes the main stage.

The car, finished in matte black, features the logos of Toyota’s motorsport division, Gazoo Racing, on its hood and both sides.

Toyota also unveiled the livery of its GR010 car competing in the WEC series, which follows the same theme.

Toyota is the first WRC team to unveil the color scheme of its Rally1 car for the upcoming season. M-Sport Ford plans to reveal the appearance of its Ford Puma at the Autosport International event in a month.

Toyota drivers Elfyn Evans and Takamoto Katsuta will compete in all the rounds next year driving the GR Yaris Rally1. The reigning world champion, Kalle Rovanperä, and French ace Sebastien Ogier will each drive in about half of the season’s rallies.

Rovanperä is expected to skip the season-opening Rally Monte Carlo and will drive his first event in Sweden in February. Rally Monte Carlo is scheduled for January 25-28.
