Dominguez announced on Monday that he will compete in the 2025 rally season behind the wheel of Toyota’s GR Yaris Rally2 car. The Paraguayan’s car will be serviced by the Spanish team Teo Martin Motorsport.

Dominguez and his co-driver Rogelio Peñate will participate in seven events next season, completing a full campaign in the WRC2 category. Their season kicks off in March with the legendary Rally Kenya.

“With great pride and enthusiasm I announce that in 2025 I will compete in the FIA WRC2 World Championship under the structure of Teo Martín Motorsport, aboard the Toyota Yaris GR Rally2. I want to thank Teo and his entire team for the great support they have given us, so that this agreement make it real,” Dominguez shared on social media.

“I am sure that together we will work to achieve all the objectives we have set ourselves, always leaving Paraguay and Toyota at the top. Once again Rogelio Peñate will join me in the right seat -in an adventure that will begin in Kenya- and that will include seven events across Europe, South America and Asia.”

The 24-year-old Dominguez competed this year in the WRC3 and JWRC categories in the World Rally Championship. The rally talent participated in as many as 11 rounds of the series and ultimately claimed the WRC3 title. In the JWRC class, he finished as the runner-up.

During the recently concluded season, Dominguez won five rallies in the less competitive WRC3 category. His best performance came in June at Rally Sardinia, where the Paraguayan also secured victory in the JWRC class.
