Ogier leads the Super Sunday competition after two stages, holding a 13-second advantage over Hyundai’s Ott Tänak. In third place is rally leader Thierry Neuville, who trails Ogier by 18.5 seconds in the Super Sunday results.

Overall, Ogier moved into second place after Sunday’s opening stage, but he continues to lament Friday’s turbo issue, which took him out of the fight for victory. Ogier is over a minute behind Neuville with just one stage left to run.

“Honestly the whole weekend was feeling good. I had a great car and could do what I wanted. Unfortunate for the turbo issue. We have to try to finish well, that’s the best we can do. Power Stage will be important,” Ogier summarized.

“The road is destroyed. It’s a nightmare. I was so careful in there. Just tried to avoid any problems,” Neuville commented.

Hyundai’s Dani Sordo holds third place overall, while Tänak is nearly two minutes behind, largely due to Saturday’s punctures. Tänak is unlikely to challenge Ogier for the Super Sunday win but could still make a push for points in the final Power Stage.

“Not too much stories to tell. Took it safely through, very tricky one. The engine is not perfect so now we go to service,” Tänak said.

In the WRC2 class, Toyota’s Sami Pajari continues to lead, with Estonia’s Robert Virves trailing by almost half a minute. Pajari holds fifth overall in the rally standings.

“I was quite happy with the speed on the first stage of the morning, this one was super, super tricky. Let’s say it’s fine. Very tricky so I am just happy to be clean,” Pajari said.

One more stage remains in the Acropolis Rally, with the final Power Stage beginning at 13:15.
